She gained hands-on knowledge of Basic computer operation. She learned the importance of online security, cyber safety, antivirus tools and types of virus enabling her to use technology responsibly and securely. She also learned web browsing, effective use of search engines, online research and safe internet practices. She gained practical experience in Google Workspace applications, learning to use Gmail for professional communication, Gmail creation, attachments, and security settings. She learned to create, share, responses and analyze surveys using Google Forms. Through Google Sheets, She learned data entry, formulas, calculations, and collaborative work. She also learned document creation, editing, formatting and exporting using Google Docs. In the Microsoft Office module, She acquired proficiency in Microsoft Word for document preparation, formatting, page layouts and PDF conversion. She learned to use Microsoft Excel for data management, formula implementation, chart creation, reporting and printing. Additionally, She learned presentation design skills using Microsoft PowerPoint by creating professional slides, themes, images, transitions, animations and multimedia elements. She learned about Artificial Intelligence and learned about its real-world applications, future trends, and growing importance across industries. She gained hands-on exposure to AI-powered tools for content writing, image generation, video creation, and audio enhancement. She also learned prompt-writing techniques and the smart, safe, and responsible use of AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini for learning and productivity.
